Cruzin' the Med in May

We were recently able to get away for a cruise of the Mediterranean Sea. We began in Spain on May 11, Mother's Day and our 34th anniversary! A pleasant coincidence! Barcelona, Malta, Naples, Rome, Florence, Nice, and back to Spain. A totally excellent adventure! It was nice to visit places where you could only find sand on the beach and it was less than 106 in the shade!

So VERY amazing! What great photos. Michael, you look smashing in the fedora... Danica, you look simply maaaaavelous!
Happy belated anniversary and good luck recovering from such an incredible cruise (:
(I usually have post vacation recovery disorder)
We miss you!

Great photo montage. So I guess you've both gotten over the empty nest syndrome and decided to really see what's outside the coop. Did you take a side trip to Pompeii? Mike, what's the secret to drinking a fishbowl of beer? See you soon. Do us a favor and bring a few barrels of petrol back for us!

What a great trip - Ranger Mary and I are greatly envious!! Let's plan on all of us making a return trip at a more leisurely pace so as to explore in greater detail. You can be the tour guides extraordinaire... See you in just a matter of weeks now! Enjoy Paris and Ireland next on your way home!
